At SUP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help you perform at your peak, we will make it right with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
